  • We are unable to proceed with the project due to internal limitations

  • Work has already started, delivered, or shared
  • Required details or materials are not provided by the client on time
  • The client changes their requirements after project initiation
  • The concern is based on preference differences rather than agreed scope

4. Partial Refund Consideration

If a project is stopped midway, a partial refund may be considered. Any such amount will depend on the portion of work already completed and resources utilized.

5. Revision Policy Instead of Refunds

We aim to resolve concerns through revisions whenever possible. Adjustments will be made based on the package or agreement before considering any refund-related request.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, usually between 5 to 10 business days, using the original payment method where possible.

7. Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact RevitalSolution LLC directly to resolve any concerns. Initiating a dispute or chargeback without prior communication may result in service suspension.
